Macallan / The Heart of the Spirit

Pixel Artworks were given the challenge of distilling 200 years of The Macallan into a 25 minute animation that formed part of an immersive experience at the beautiful Macallan whisky distillery in Speyside, Scotland.

The work tells the story of the Macallan and the people who made it. Taking the illustrations of Javi Aznarez and the poems of Jenin Fagan and bringing them to life.
